Nicolas has over 20 years of professional adventures in recruitment, consulting, and sales. A true Swiss Army knife of the professional world! After 14 wonderful years spent in Canada (yes, he still says "tabarnak" sometimes), he settled in the Drôme region. Why? Because he can work seriously there while escaping to the mountains whenever he can to go trail running, hiking, or riding his bike. A sports addict, travel fan, and avid podcast consumer (we wonder when he sleeps), Nicolas always has his ear open for a new idea. As a child, he dreamed of becoming MacGyver... but he quickly realized that a long neck wasn't for him. Fortunately, he manages very well without a paperclip or chewing gum to save the world... or at least your recruitments.

Anto is the ultimate Digital Nomad. A recent eBusiness graduate from HEC Montréal in 2008, he decided that staying in one place was too mainstream. So he embarked on an entrepreneurial world tour that would last nearly 10 years, spreading good humor, energy, and startup vibes to the four corners of the globe along the way (even if, we agree, a sphere doesn't really have corners... but Anto isn't above a twist).

Passions-wise? He loves music... let's call it "original" (get ready to hear sounds that even Shazam doesn't recognize). And as a true Drôme native, he loves hiking, Caillette, Picodon, and Côtes du Rhône. A pure hedonist, always up for good food, a good joke, and a good vibe. His optimism is as infectious as a fit of laughter in the middle of a meeting.

Jérôme is the Ch'ti of the group – and not just because he likes beer! He's the one who brilliantly runs our subsidiary in the North (yes, where it's cool, but where people have warm hearts).

When he's not spotting the talents of tomorrow, you can find him with his feet in the water teasing trout or in the heart of the woods looking for mushrooms – always with curiosity and a good basket.

A lawyer by training, he has spent the last 12 years helping startups navigate the complexities of innovation financing. And because he enjoys challenges and passionate people, he naturally gravitated toward recruitment. A blend of flair, rigor, and good humor that hits the mark every time!

With over 20 years of experience, he's had a thousand professional lives: web developer, application architect, researcher (yes, the guy reads super complicated stuff for fun), project manager, then Product Manager.
