Since 1994, our client, an environmental consultancy firm, has been assisting and advising industrialists, developers and public clients in order to support them in all their environmental procedures on a legal, technical and economic level. ISO9001 v2015, MASE and LNE certified, it operates in the fields of polluted sites and soils, hydrogeology, industrial deconstruction, regulatory studies, industrial risks, air/health/odor, waste storage facilities, due diligence audits, ecology and data management.
Job Description
Reporting to the Agency Director and working with the local and national team, you will ensure the completion of projects by ensuring compliance with quality, budget and planning criteria. In this role, you will be responsible for:
The organization of site visits with the aim of identifying constraints;
Carrying out waste diagnostics before demolition;
Assistance in carrying out additional regulatory diagnostics (asbestos, lead, termites);
Managing the relationship with project stakeholders (project owners, architects, construction companies, diagnosticians, etc.);
Drafting of preliminary study reports for the work (diagnostic reports, feasibility studies, costing notes, design);
Drafting of business consultation files;
Analysis of work offers and assistance in selecting the company for the project owner;
Monitoring the execution of the work;
Acceptance of works in accordance with the requirements of the project owner;
Compliance with rules regarding quality, health, safety, environment and hygiene.
You actively participate in the development of the Demolition Asbestos Removal activity and you participate in the sustainability of commercial relations.
Regular travel is expected within the region of attachment and occasionally within the national territory.
Qualifications
Holder of a Bac +2 to Bac +5 specialized in civil/structural engineering or experience in the field,
At least 5 years of experience in the field of deconstruction and dismantling of industrial units, ideally acquired within a design office or a construction company.
Training within the framework of subsection 3 of the labor code and experience in the study of reuse of materials will be appreciated.
Autonomous and rigorous, you master technical methods and regulations . You have good writing skills and a solid QSE culture.
Organized and responsive, you know how to take initiatives. You have a taste for the field and teamwork.
Your sense of customer service, your pragmatism and your ability to develop within a close-knit team will guarantee your success.
A good level of English would be appreciated (B2-C1). (Asset)
Class B license required.
Additional information
Working hours are based on a 206-day package ( i.e. approximately 20 days of RTT per year in addition to the 5 weeks of statutory paid leave).
This permanent position with executive status is eligible for teleworking according to the terms provided for in our company agreement.
The compensation consists of a fixed annual salary (negotiable according to profile) + profit-sharing and participation + social benefits (meal vouchers, mutual health insurance, PEE, 50% transport, clear development plan). In this design office, all employees are shareholders (5 shares are awarded upon hiring).
